Just A Little Shy
Tuesday, June 7th, 2005That’s how I still feel about Underscore’s approach towards the music world. It’s slowly making friends — friends who really seem to enjoy its company — but its coming along rather slowly.
I guess it’s really not that bad. We’ve sold more than 50 copies of “The Conspiracy of Silence” and that’s really cool. I’m just so damn impatient.
Also on the Underscore front, we’ve been working with our label (enpeg:digital), to get something going as a promotion for us. I can’t say anything about it until it’s official but I expect that to be in the next week or so. Hopefully.
We are looking at going back “into the studio” this month to start recording our sophmore release. It will be different. We don’t want to repeat the same album over and over again. We really have nothing to lose and no expectations to fit. My only expectation is to make sure that the release is quality and something that I’m proud to say that I was involved in - The Conspiracy of Silence met those requirements.
If you haven’t already, please go buy the album. It’s $2. Okay, I’m done begging.
